John Cascarano is an experienced attorney, brand founder and entrepreneur. John has founded or co-founded multiple companies and served in various roles from CEO to Counsel. He formerly practiced law at an AmLaw 100 firm as a commercial real estate lawyer. John earned his BA degree in English from Duke University in 2001 and JD from the University of Michigan Law School in 2004. John is a member of the State Bars of Tennessee and Georgia and is also active in Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Nashville chapter.

With 20 years of finance and investor relations experience, Erik has held leadership roles in corporate finance and private equity, specializing in valuation, debt, and equity analysis. Formerly VP of Corporate Finance at GE Capital and MUFG, he has structured over $1 billion in transactions. Erik also led investor relations, providing oversight in financial modeling and communications. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Oregon, an MBA from Babson College.
